A bouncing baby...

boy? girl? I don't know, but we will find out soon! Our midwife wrote a script for our ultrasound so we can search for the sex of our baby! This pregnancy is going by so fast, I can hardly believe the time is here already. Baby number 2 is moving slowly, giving me a flutter every day or two. My bump is a sure sign, however, that this baby is growing! The size of an apple to be exact. I was given a sewing machine for Christmas and my mind is swirling with projects for this little babe. Bibs, headbands, blankets, anything that makes me hold in my hand what captures this new birth. I think he or she will be very different from Eva. They might look similar, but I think their personalities will be black and white. Eva has started to kiss my belly and she points to it if you ask her where the baby is. She is such a doll and sometimes I get nervous that I won't have enough love left for another. But I will. I know I will. It's amazing how much you love your infant from the moment they're born, and yet as time goes by, you love them oh so much more.

I'm rambling. My head is swirling with baby thoughts, new year inspirations, reflections on the holidays, and the sleepiness that has crept over me. Right. now. ZZZzzz...
