Rainy days are a perfect compliment to being sick. If you are quarantined inside, may as well be rainy outside. Alas, our week. Both kids have snotty noses and loose, wet coughs. It's so hard to keep one kid healthy if the other has caught a bug. Near impossible.
I have found a peace this week that enjoys snuggling inside, coloring pictures, playing hide-n-seek, and cooking lots of meals together. It is more fulfilling than venturing to the outside world. Plus, it's SO much easier to stay home!
Brandon is at a PSU game with his dad today, hence, the kiddos and I are inside snuggling again. I pulled out the fall wreath and set out the new fall candle, Cranberry Crisp.
I do plan on taking a quick jaunt to the craft store to pick up a plethora of beads to bedazzle a few pumpkins. What are you doing this weekend? Anything involving fall? Family? French fries?
