I have so much to fill you in on, but my fingers are already on to the present.
Today.
Passover.
Remembering that what He promised to do, He did.
Rejoicing in today because honestly, it's time to start living like you just received a miracle.
Right?!
I mean, on Friday when Brandon told me that the banks had accepted our offer and we were being given a home that is way beyond our dreams, I received a miracle. I swallowed it down. I accept it. I smile about it. I can jump around and be thrilled about it.
And then yesterday, we were in the middle of worship at church, and I realized something.
So simple. Yet so epic.
Today we received a miracle.
Tomorrow we will receive a miracle.
Yesterday, we had a miracle.
Our shame and our regrets and our daily mess-ups...they are a blurry memory, and only because we remember them.
We have been miraculously saved by the one who was perfect. Blameless. Completely capable of pointing the finger and saying, "Look what you've done".
But He didn't. And He won't.
Instead, He is giving us a miracle. Every day. We wake up to new mercies and new joy and another chance to live life like we know who we are.
Passover. I'm looking back and I'm seeing all that He has done and I'm looking forward and I don't doubt that He will be faithful to do all that He said He would do.
YOU RECEIVED A MIRACLE TODAY. No, YOU RECEIVED A MIRACLE TODAY!!!
Let's not forget it. Let's freak out and shout out what He has done in our lives. In the other's lives.
Selah.
