It's a girl! We like to call her Eva.

In 1938, Richard Stout, my grandpa, became an orphan. With the passing of his parents, rather than go to foster care or be placed in an orphanage, "Aunt Eva" graciously stepped in and took Richard as her own. I'm told that Aunt Eva was a fighter, a hard worker, a lover, and passionate about being the hands and feet of God here on earth.

In the mid 1980's, Richard Stout and his wife, Dolores (my grandma), graciously stepped in and took part in raising me, during a rough time in my parent's lives.

On May 5, 2008, I heard the Lord say, "Name your daughter Eva". I was at a church service with my grandma. Two weeks ago I heard the Lord say, "Don't be concerned with conjuring up a boy name. I have already given you the name." At that point, I knew in my mind that we were having a girl. A few days later this ultrasound proved that we were having a girl. And we both knew that her name would be Eva!
