Twenty six friends and family members gathered on Sunday at a coffee shop to shower us with looooove. Brandon's family was ultimately present, along with my dad. Aside from the fact that the air conditioning broke 2 days before the shower and wouldn't be replaced until 3 days after the shower, we had a great time chatting up a storm with peeps that we hadn't seen in a long, long time.Among the gifts we received was the ever popular, "Butt Paste." Liam, a very intelligent 4 year old, shared his sister's favorite book, "Go Dog Go." He cleverly explained that she sometimes calls it, "Dog Go Dog," but he knows what she means to say. Brothers and sisters have that special kind of understanding.
I'd like to shout a HUGE thank you to Stan and Victoria for all of their help with the shower. Brandon and I got to dream it and they made it happen. It was just perfect and the food was even better ;) Thanks Moists! And to all of you who made the drive to Harrisburg, PA, thanks for coming and spending the day with us! It was a blast.
