I never wrote in a baby book for Eva or Aslan. I never printed pictures for a photo album. I did, however, start this blog a few weeks after finding out I was preggo with my first babe. Thus, posts like this one. A place to record the moments I do not want to forget.
Eva: Mama, where's the moon at?
Me: (trying to put kids in car) I don't know.
Eva: God took it.
Me: He'll give it back.
Eva: Yeah, Jesus will put it back.
2 DAYS LATER, MOON HAS RETURNED
Eva: (screaming for all neighbors and dog-walkers to hear) GOD PUT THE MOON BACK!!! GOD PUT THE MOON BACK!!!
Me: Yes, He did. Yes...He did.
