Our friend Ben used to have his real estate license and mentioned that Realtor.com includes FOR SALE by OWNER listings. The other sites, do not. Soooo, if you're in the market for a new casa, check it out. Warning: You may lay in bed until the weee hours of the morning searching. I am not to blame. It's your own addiction.
