"We can not all do GREAT things, but we can all do small things, with GREAT love." -Charles Stock
I'm thinking about this while I lie in bed, nestled under warm covers, Brandon's heaving sleep breathing in the background.
Rest in the finished work today. Be anxious about nothing. It's already been done for you. Yes, YOU.
There are no checklists to tally your failures. There is no ven-diagram of comparison between you and a friend.
It's about your labor of love. No seriously. No eye rolls. That's really all that's required. To love the one who has been loving you since the first breath you breathed. No wait, before that. There were thoughts of you waaaay before that. More thoughts than sand on the shore.
On this Labor Day, I'm sticking to what He says about me because that's where my help comes from. I'm remembering the work or labor that was carried out at the cross so I can labor in love through all things.
Thank you...
Thanks...
