Make a Countdown to Spring
Start creating Valentine's for grandparents or school friends
Give the kids baths and let them play with extra bubbles and extra toys
Clean (or reddup as we PA Dutch like to call it) and let the kids help, you have time to spare
Rearrange furniture (my faaaaavorite)
Rent a new movie from OnDemand, even if it's $2.99
Bake cookies with the kids and surprise the neighbors with a treat
Outline the kids entire body on brown craft paper and let them decorate/color themselves
Make seasonal garland to hang in the kitchen
Send a card to someone whom you're grateful for
Shovel a neighbor's driveway or sidewalk
Hand the mailman or garbage truck driver a disposable cup of hot cocoa
Bring the scooters and bikes inside, to the basement, and let them ride
Cut out hearts from newspaper and sew down the middle to make garland for your windows
Surprise your husband with a gourmet dinner and dessert (and maybe get out of sweatpants, maybe)
Dress the kids in the cutest or funkiest outfits and have an indoor photoshoot
Read that book you've been meaning to read while they nap
Paint, water color or acrylic, and ask God to give you the subject
Dance with the kids, find Father Abraham, literally makes ya sweat
Remind yourself that winter is more than halfway over and start planting your garden
